We offer a one hour consultation and provide you with ideas and a follow up plan for how to stage your home in order to sell your property. 

Opportunity Staging

For those who want to maximize their staging, we consult with you initially and then work with you and your realtor to stage your home. We can stage homes for those who move out of the home prior to the sale from our warehouse of furniture and décor pieces.

Premium Staging

For those who want us to do all of the work, we provide one consultation and establish a master plan approved by YOU. Then we work on the home to clean out and set up appropriate staging.  We may use trusted partners for cleaning, painting  or renovations required and then pass the costs to you based on pre-established budgets.

Styling Options

Rental Redo

Have a rental space that is bland and boring? Let us help you to make it your own. We can style your space with new paint, furniture, and décor that is easily removed or returned to how you rented it. We provide a free phone consultation and initial web meeting to see your space. After that we an create a plan and budget along with expected timelines.

Personal Consultation

After a phone consultation to determine your needs and ideas, we will meet at your space and provide a consultation. Styling & Design of your home, condo, townhouse or business includes an assessment of your current situation and gather information such as measurements, timeframes and budget. We will then move forward on a plan if we agree to work together.
